HEAD OFFICE
The following role is based at in Heywood, OL10 2TS.



Web & Customer Service Manager

Must be fully Available and Flexible

Standard working hours are Monday – Friday 8-4.30 – Seasonal periods may change to include evening and weekend work.


BASED AT HEAD OFFICE ON HEYWOOD DISTRIBUTION PARK (OL10) – PLEASE NOTE NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT LINKS ARE AVAILABLE IN THIS AREA SO RELIABLE TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL

Essential Requirements:

· Excellent organisational and communication skills, with great attention to detail

· Trustworthy and efficient

· Computer literate

· Great attitude and willing to work hard

· Experience in managing a team and working in a fast paced environment

· Fantastic Customer Service skills

· A team player who is happy to assist in other areas of the business when necessary

· Must be flexible around seasonal periods when weekend/evening work will be required

Key Responsibilities:

· Working with Customer Service Assistant in the day to day running of the department and managing of the team

· Picking and packing orders to our high standard of quality and speed

· Motivating and managing the team

· Ensure staffing is balanced to manage the needs of the business, sticking to shipping times but also keeping costs to a minimum

· Efficiently handling customer returns and putting items back into stock

· Processing faulty returns and liaising with the brand to obtain a credit

· Minimising wastage within the department of supplies, time, processes etc

· Handling customer queries appropriately & Efficiently

    The following roles are based at our Bolton Middlebrook Store - BL6.

    Sales Assistant

    Full & Part time positions available

    Ideally fully flexible but both day and evening positions available

    BASED AT OUR BOLTON MIDDLEBROOK STORE (BL6 6JA)

    Essential Requirements:

    · Positive attitude and demeanour

    · Hard worker, Honest & Reliable

    · Able to work well within a team and independently, using initiative

    · Interest in fashion & brands

    · Must be flexible around seasonal periods when weekend/evening work will be required

    · Confident & a great attitude to work

    Ideal Requirements: 

    · Sales Experience

    · Customer Service experience

    · Visual merchandising knowledge

    Key Responsibilities:

    · To provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in store

    · Be a knowledgeable and friendly sales assistant, offering customers a positive experience and provide suitable options

    · Hit sales targets for the store through the above and utilising add on sales.

    · Ensure the store is always clean and tidy and well merchandised

    · Represent the company and brand well

    · Ensuring the shop floor is always well replenished, stock is steamed and presented well
