MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Full-time position (40hrs)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive. You will be responsible for the planning, management and development of all the marketing functions. You must be motivated, creative, and enthusiastic with a driven personality. You will work closely with our marketing assistant to optimise all areas of our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building, managing and executing the promotional calendar
  • Using email marketing to promote key offers, edits and sales
  • General upkeep and merchandising of the website – creating banners, pop-ups and merchandising category and product pages
  • Optimising the customer journey and UX design of the site
  • Managing external marketing agency & Web platform providers & their performance
  • Managing & being knowledgeable of Paid marketing aspects such as SEO, PPC, Paid Social etc – Identifying opportunities for positive changes, and any potential errors & how to amend these
  • Overseeing & being the point of contact for other members of the marketing team
  • Assist Marketing Assistant with store presentation, imagery, and graphics
  • Overseeing the Marketing Assistant with content creation and social media management

Essential Requirements: 
  • Experience or interest in fashion marketing and/or e-commerce
  • Paid media knowledge i.e. SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads etc
  • Email marketing knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple responsibilities
  • Highly organised & Motivated individual
  • Competent at Photoshop and/or Canva
  • Social media marketing knowledge

Ideal Requirements: 
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager and/or other similar platforms
  • Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) & EPOS platform
  • Good technical awareness – a basic HTML understanding is ideal
  • Some sort of managerial or leadership experience

WEB CONTENT WRITER
Full-time position (40hrs)
Permanent

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Writing descriptions for products, Consisting of concise bullet points for each product, care instructions, special features, measurements where relevant
  • Categorising each item into department and tag group on the website
  • Summarising into SEO title and description
  • Writing blogs and collaborating with external agency on their written content
  • Shared responsibility with Photographer of preparing products ready to be photographed (listing, unpacking & steaming) & ensuring the department is consistently organised
  • Ensuring no product has been missed with bi-weekly checks & identifying where stock should be prioritised based on upcoming events.
  • Monitoring the front end of the website to ensure products are presented well and no issues have occurred
  • Work closely with team members to meet business requirements of increasing web sales to achieve targets, through accurate descriptions of garments
Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Must be very computer literate with the ability to write both short & long form content, quickly
  • Highly organised and great time management/ability to manage own workload
  • Knowledge & love of fashion
  • Understanding of garment design and construction, with a keen eye for detail
  • Creative flair to maintain engaging content
  • Ability to work both individually & closely with photographer
  • Ability to switch up writing styles dependent on target audience
  • Great attitude, willing to work hard, trustworthy & efficient
  • A team player who is happy to assist in other areas of the business when necessary

Ideal Requirements:
  • Background in fashion
  • Experience with an e-commerce platform
  • Experience with an inventory management (EPOS) system
  • Knowledge & understanding of SEO, Meta descriptions & Titles
