Fashion Buyer Maternity Cover
18 month contract, must be fully available and flexible
Working Hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

Based at Head Office on Heywood Distribution Park (OL10) – Please note, no public transport links are available in this area, so reliable transport is essential.


  • Experience of working in fashion/retail, with an understanding of consumer trends.
  • Willing to travel to meetings in Manchester and London during the buying seasons.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Trustworthy and efficient.
  • Computer literate with experience in Excel.
  • Positive attitude and interest in Fashion.
  • Experience in managing others and working in a fast paced environment.
  • A team player who is happy to assist in other areas of the business when necessary


  • Working with the Managing Director to ensure brand adjacencies and budgets are met.
  • Creating positive and strong partnerships with the brands.
  • Act as the key interface with all brands to deliver the best product choice, customer experience and ensure ease of working across all key roles: - selection, availability, supply chain, operational efficiency, and marketing.
  • Ensure product selection and size of offer adheres to key principles of price structure, range scale and choice that compliments customer trends.
  • Constantly monitor sales and range offering to ensure bestsellers and dead stock are dealt with, in the best way to curate the best ranges.
  • Liaising with all parties to overcome any challenges during busy periods.
  • Strong understanding of how price, margin and costs impact the company’s profitability.


  • Salary - £20,000 with potential to achieve bonus.

Warehouse Assistant with driving duties
Hours negotiable, must be fully available Mon - Fri 8:00 - 16:30

Essential requirements:

- Full clean UK drivers license & aged over 25 for insurance reasons
- Excelled organisational and communication skills
- Trustworthy and efficient
- Computer literate
- Great attitude and willing to work hard
- Experience in a warehouse and with stock/inventory systems is desirable however full training will be provided
- A team player who is happy to assist in other areas of the business when necessary
- Must be flexible around seasonal periods when weekend/evening work may be required

Key responsibilities:

- Loading and unloading deliveries of goods and supplies
- Checking for damaged or missing items against delivery notes
- Communicating any issues with suppliers and internal team
- Organising and storing goods efficiently with good use of space
- Moving stock around by hand, carrying goods up and down stairs and handling heavy loads
- Picking and packing orders to our high standard of quality and speed
- Using computers and scanners
- Keeping paperwork up to date
- Helping other areas of the warehouse when required
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy to health & safety regulations
