Store Supervisor

Full time position available (30- 40hrs)

Must be fully flexible

BASED AT OUR MIDDLEBROOK STORE BL6 6JA

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Positive attitude and demeanour
Hard worker, Honest & Reliable
Previous sales & customer service experience
Prior experience in leadership roles
Able to work well within a team & good use of initiative
Passion for fashion and brand knowledge
Flexibility during peak seasons
Confident and enthusiastic approach to work

IDEAL REQUIREMENTS

Visual merchandising knowledge

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in store
Serve as a well-informed and amiable Supervisor, ensuring customers have a delightful experience and offering appropriate choices
Lead the team to achieve sales targets by implementing sales strategies and maximizing add on sales
Training, delegating and inspiring team members
Receive and handle deliveries
Ensure the store is always clean and tidy, replenished and well merchandised
Represent the company and brand in a positive manner
Manage administrative tasks
