Please see below some of our frequently asked questions that may be able to solve your query before you need to get in touch.

WE ARE STILL FULFILLING ONLINE ORDERS AS NORMAL.

Our Christmas returns policy allows all orders placed after the 13th November 2020 to be returned before the 8th January 2021 for a credit note or exchange.

FREE DELIVERY NOT APPLYING?
Our free delivery offer is only valid on FULL PRICE items over the value of £65. If the items you are purchasing are already discounted in our outlet, the free delivery will not be applicable. This offer applies automatically to qualifying orders.

TROUBLE APPLYING DISCOUNT CODE?
Please ensure your code is valid against the items you are purchasing. Our 'FIRSTORDER' code is only applicable on full price items, so if you are trying to redeem this on items discounted in our sale it will not be applicable. You must register for an account and make sure you are signed in to use the 'FIRSTORDER' code. If you are still having trouble, please contact us via email. 

NOT RECEIVING EMAILS?
Please check your spam/junk folder first as our communications may be mistakenly directed there. If you still can't find our emails, please get in touch.
 
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES?
We are currently estimating 2-3 working days for dispatch. We then use delivery services with Royal Mail and DHL. For delivery time frames and costs please click here.
 
RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
We are currently advising 14 days for returns to be processed. We do not send notice of your parcel arriving back at our warehouse but we will be in touch once the refund has been issued or exchange dispatched. Please only get in touch if you haven't heard from us regarding your return in over 14 days. Thank you for your patience, please be assured we are processing all returns as quickly as possible.
