DISPATCH AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES?
We are currently estimating 2-3 working days for dispatch. We then use delivery services with Royal Mail and DHL. For delivery time frames and costs please click here.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
We are currently advising 21 days for returns to be processed. We do not send notice of your parcel arriving back at our warehouse but we will be in touch once the refund has been issued or exchange dispatched. Please only get in touch if you haven't heard from us regarding your return in over 21 days. Thank you for your patience, please be assured we are processing all returns as quickly as possible.
