Not receiving emails?

Dispatch and delivery estimates?

We are currently estimating 3-5 working days for dispatch during our busy sale period. We then use delivery services with Royal Mail and DHL. For delivery periods and costs please click here.


Christmas cut off dates?

Place your order before 6pm GMT on Wednesday 18th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas with our UK Standard and DHL Express USA shipping.


Returns and refunds?

We currently have an extended returns policy for the Christmas period that allows for an exchange or credit note to be issued for any item purchased from 14th November if returned to us by 5th January outside of the standard 14 days for refund.
