PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CURRENTLY ADVISING UP TO 14 DAYS FOR RETURNS TO BE PROCESSED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

REFUND & EXCHANGES


We will happily offer a refund or exchange for items purchased through our website and in brand new condition with tags still attached, provided the item(s) have been returned within 14 days of you receiving the order. Please complete and include the Returns Form that is sent with your package. Returns address below. If you have misplaced this you can print the download at the bottom of this page. Tick the appropriate box for either Refund or Exchange along with your reason as to why. We do recommend sending this back on a tracked service to determine when this arrives back with our team. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage.

If an item is purchased using a combination of loyalty points and another payment method, the loyalty points will be refunded to your Hurleys account first in the event of a return.

Please note that items purchased in our physical store are only eligible for an exchange or credit note, provided the item(s) have been returned within 14 days of you making the purchase.

3. POOR QUALITY/FAULTY
4. NOT AS PICTURED OR DESCRIBED
5. OTHER (PLEASE STATE)

PLEASE NOTE ALL OF OUR ORDERS ARE PACKED UNDER CCTV FOOTAGE TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE TOP QUALITY ITEMS.

RETURNS PERIOD:

If your order is returned to us outside of our 14 day returns period (up to 4 weeks from delivery) an automatic credit will be applied to your online account (the email address used to place the order). Credit notes are valid for 12 months. If an order is returned outside of this 4 week period, a delivery charge of £4.50 will be invoiced to you in order to receive your item back.

Our company returns policy remains our full and final decision.
