RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly offer a refund or exchange, provided the item(s) have been returned to us within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order. Please complete and include the Returns Form that is sent with your package, or print off the download at the bottom of the page.
Please tick the appropriate box for either a Refund or Exchange. In the event of an exchange please inform the team of the size required.
(Please be aware that kids items vary in price, larger sizes in kids clothing may cost more as it is VAT applicable. If you wish to exchange a kids item for a larger size, you may have to pay extra. In this instance we cannot take money towards an item that is more expensive and we ask that you place a new order and send the previous item back for a refund.)
In the event of an exchange, no additional postage for the first replacement item will be payable for UK customers.
Exchanges can also be made In Store (see below).
Returned item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition (which includes any packaging) and all labels must be intact. If these conditions are not met we may be unable to accept them. Where reasonable care hasn’t been taken with any items or their packaging, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.
All orders are checked to ensure they leave in pristine condition. No returns will be accepted for marked/soiled/damaged stock.
Please note that refunds are made by crediting the original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your parcel is Lost, Items Missing or Not Delivered, please contact us on 01706 628114. In the case of Missing Items all outer packaging will be required to pursue a claim if needed.

Please note Hurley is unable to subsidize the costs of returning UK or international orders. For your safety, we recommend using a Second Class Recorded Delivery Service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
We will notify you via e-mail, once we have processed the refund for the returned item.
As long as the goods are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the package.

Please Note - All items must be returned in original packaging and if free gifts were included in the package, these must be returned also.

Clothing - When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, make-up or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
Watches - Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply unnecessary force.
Footwear - Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box. PLEASE NOTE decorative detail such as beading/sequin embellishment that is subject to contact damage/wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturers guarantee.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the protective seal is still intact.
Non-Returnable Products: Jewellery and Underwear and all other intimate items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
Gift vouchers are non-returnable.
RETURNING ORDERS TO STORE
Stores cannot refund Web Sales.
However items can be taken into the stores to be returned to our Web Department for a refund.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the order confirmation.
Your return will be sent internally to our Web Department to process. This may cause a delay with your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation/ invoice so we can process your return.
Exchanges In Store
You can exchange the item in store for any product that is the same price or lower in value. A Credit note will be given for the difference in value. We cannot take money towards an item that is more expensive than the one you have purchased from our web site.
The distance selling laws no longer apply if exchanged in store and the item is subject to the stores returns policy.
Kids items vary in size and price, larger sizes in kids clothing may cost more as it is VAT applicable. If you wish to exchange a kids item for a larger size please be aware that you may have to pay extra.
