WEB PURCHASES

Refund & Exchanges

We will happily offer a refund or exchange, provided the item(s) have been returned within 14 days of you receiving the order. Please complete and include the Returns Form that is sent with your package. Returns address below. If you have misplaced this you can print the download at the bottom of this page. Tick the appropriate box for either Refund or Exchange.

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (including packaging) and labels must be intact. If these conditions are not met we may be unable to accept it (them) Where reasonable care hasn’t been taken with any items or their packaging, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.

Our checking processes ensure all orders leave in perfect condition and therefore no returns will be accepted for marked, soiled or damaged stock. If your parcel is lost, items are missing or not delivered or you have any other concerns regarding your order, please contact us on 01706 628114 or via E-Mail at sales@hurleys.co.uk. In the case of missing items all OUTER PACKAGING will be required to pursue a claim if needed.

Refunds are made by crediting the original method payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, we recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for any returns lost in transit. However, we have simplified the process if you have misplaced or do not have your returns form below:


Exchanges - Within 14 days of receipt.

We are able to provide one exchange per transaction to the order value with no additional charges for UK customers.

If you wish to exchange for something of a higher value please return the item for refund and place a new order.

 If a straight exchange is requested please include the size you wish to exchange for.

Please be aware children’s items may vary in price if VAT is applicable. In this instance we are unable to take money towards an item that is more expensive, we ask you request a refund and place a new order.


Web Purchases Returned to store

You can drop off your item to be returned via a store free of charge. It will be transferred to the warehouse where the refund or credit will be processed. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation/invoice.

Due to limited weekly collections from the stores the returns process may be delayed.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund / credit has been processed.

Web purchases can be straight exchanged in store within the 14 days of receipt if stock is available.

If you require something of a lesser/higher value please send your item back for a refund and purchase the new item.

 

International Returns

You are entitled to a refund providing the item(s) is returned in perfect condition and dispatched within 14 days of you receiving your goods.

Please ensure you tick the correct boxes on your international returns label to ensure import duties are not charged.

If correct import duties are not paid by the customer they will be deducted from the amount reimbursed at the customers expense.

 

CRITERIA

Please Note - All items must be returned in original undamaged packaging. If free gifts were included they must also be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept goods back without these criteria being met.

CLOTHING - When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, make-up or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

WATCHES and jewellery – Please avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply unnecessary force.

FOOTWEAR - Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box. PLEASE NOTE decorative detail such as beading/sequin embellishment that is subject to contact damage/wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturers guarantee.

SWIMWEAR - For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the protective seal is still intact. 

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS - Earrings and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

 Gift vouchers are also non-returnable.

FREDDY'S RETURN POLICY - Please note that the following faults will not be accepted as a manufacturing fault and will be non-refundable: Rips in the crotch area (these are due to wearing the incorrect size), punctures to the fabric due to false nails, belt loops removed/weak due to using these loops to pull up the jeans, silicon peeling away from the jeans due to incorrect washing and the jeans being put through the tumble dryer and missing buttons (however Freddy will pay for this to be repaired).
