Chest/Bust - Measure around the fullest part of your bust and shoulder blades by dropping your arms loosely to the sides

Waist - Measure around your natural waistline at the belly button

Hip - Measure at the widest part of your hip

Arm length - Measure from the 7th cervical vertebra, through the acromion, past the elbow to the wrist

Inside leg - Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch to the ground without shoes
