RETURN POLICY
You can return items:
When you buy online we offer a refund on any purchase, as long as you return it to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Additionally, we will exchange products up to 28 days from receipt of goods. Returned item(s) must be unworn, in original condition, with all labels intact, enclosing a copy of your original invoice and returns form by post to:

To Return Items:
Please follow the process below, this will enable us to deal with your request quickly.
Please send an email to returns@hurleys.co.uk with your details and details of the product to be returned and the reason for its return. Please state in your email whether an exchange or refund is required.
On the next working day we will email you a customer return form & unique returns number. This form should be completed, printed and enclosed with the returned goods.
Once your goods have been accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret that postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded. However, if you are returning an item because it is damaged, we will be happy to refund your costs in returning the item to us. Hurley Menswear Ltd reserve the right to return faulty items to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.
Please note that refunds are made by crediting the original method of payment.
Please note that until we receive the goods back they will remain the property of the owner and as such we will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit. It is advised that goods are returned via recorded mail and insured if you feel it necessary.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
Exceptions that cannot be returned:
Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear, earrings or any other intimate items.

Returns Categories
Unwanted Items – Unworn and not damaged
If the product is undamaged and has not been worn then please return the item to us in the same condition it was received in all packaging with labels within 7 days of receipt and a full refund will be issued. If the goods are returned after 7 days but before 28 days of purchase then an exchange or gift card will be issued. Please ensure that you clearly state the exchange you require and any reference numbers of the item you would like, including size and colour.
Unwanted Items – Unworn and received damaged
If the item has been deemed damaged by you, then please return the item back to us with a covering letter stating the reasons for return. Please note that the item must be unworn and returned in the same condition it was received, with all packaging and labels. If the item is found to be damaged then either a replacement item will be sent out or a full refund given. Please state in your covering letter which you prefer. If the item has been worn then please follow the faulty item procedure below.
Faulty Goods
If an item is returned to us as you believe it is faulty, our returns department will make a full assessment on the garment and will fully credit your account when this process is complete if we find a fault with the item. If no fault is found with the item then the item will be returned back to you with a letter outlining our findings.
Please note that in all of the above cases if we feel it necessary we reserve the right to return goods back to the manufacturer for inspection before an exchange, refund or gift card is issued. This can take up to 14 working days but we aim to deal with all returns as quickly as possible. For items that do not need to be returned to the manufacturer we aim to refund your account or send out your replacement item within 5 working days of receipt of the goods at our returns department. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund of delivery charges
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is found to be faulty or damaged we will refund the associated delivery charges. In this circumstance we will also refund costs incurred for returning the item to us. In all other cases delivery charges & costs will not be refunded.
Cooling off period
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt of goods) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.
Any items received back to us after 7 working days and before 28 days after purchase will qualify for an exchange or gift card only.
