DELIVERY INFORMATION

Cost of delivery

Standard deliveries are made wherever possible within 2 working days but please allow a maximum of 5 working days to cover busy periods. The standard service has a cost of £5.00 per order regardless of quantity.  If you would like your order the next working day, this can be arranged at a cost of £7.50.

Picking and dispatch process:

All orders received by 12pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day for delivery within the next 2 working days. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the following working day. (Working days are considered Monday – Friday inclusive)

Receipt of goods by you:

Delivery will be attempted anytime between the hours of 7.30am and 9pm, Monday to Friday. A signature is required for all deliveries.  We will not leave goods ‘safe’ or ‘hidden’ we are unable to offer a specified delivery time or deliver at weekends or on bank holidays.

If you are un-available at the time of delivery two re-delivery attempts will be made within 48 hours or by personal arrangement between courier and receiver. You will also be given the option to collect from a local DHL Service Centre. Undelivered parcels will be returned back (at your cost) to our distribution centre after a holding period of 7 working days.

Using an alternative delivery address:

If you cannot be at home to sign for the delivery, you can specify an alternative delivery address (e.g. office or family member) at the time of ordering.  If you request the goods are delivered to your work address, please include the business name and contact information.  You may be required to confirm these details and, if so, a customer service representative may attempt to contact you by phone.

Delays to normal process:

Occasionally we may be required to make additional checks on your payment or address details and this may delay your order. If this is the case we will, were possible, notify you by email.

Limits of delivery service:

We regret that we are only able to ship to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. We currently do not ship overseas nor are able to send to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

However, if you presently reside outside of our delivery areas, and have a UK registered credit/debit card, you are welcome to place an order and request the goods be shipped to a UK mainland address.

Christmas deliveries

Orders need to be received by the 13th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Any orders received after this date cannot be guaranteed for pre-Christmas receipt.

For example if you place your order before 12pm on a Wednesday you will receive your item on Friday. If you place your order before 12pm on Friday you will receive your order on Tuesday. All orders received after midday will be despatched the next working day for delivery within the next 2 working days. For example if you place an order on Tuesday after 12pm then you will receive your item on Friday. If you place your order on a Friday after 12pm then we will despatched your order on the Monday and you will receive the item Wednesday.
