ABOUT US
Hurley History
Hurley of Manchester has always been a family owned business, and remains so with the Directors having literally committed a lifetime to the operation. Hurley celebrated its 50th successful year of trading in 2005.
The first Hurley shop associated with clothing sales was opened in 1955 on Eccles old Road, Salford, as a sports shop. Sports clothing, and the explosion of sales of trainers began to blur the edges between sport and fashion. By the time 2000 arrived it was decided that Hurley would exclusively follow the fashion route to success. Hurley is now a highly respected operator in the branded fashion market.
The Hurley team is now over 150 strong and is dedicated to providing a quality service to a loyal customer base in all that it does. The company currently trades from 7 high street locations located in Manchester, Bolton, Wigan and Leeds. 3 of these stores are dedicated Lacoste Boutiques located in the Trafford centre, Shambles in Manchester and Leeds Victoria Quarter. Full details of current store locations can be found on this web site.
